Qualification criteria:

2. Skill Validation

This qualification assessment tests the candidate's knowledge of .NET back-end development fundamentals. It's composed of Q&A and code challenges that evaluate the candidate theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills. Each challenge focuses on a subject area and covers concepts, features, and real-world situations.

A candidate is approved in this test if all challenge level cut-off scores at met.

.NET Fundamentals

Tests candidate familiarity with .NET concepts and features. Questions range from very easy to fairly difficult, so the score should let you differentiate between both junior and senior developers as well as between seniors.

C# Code Challenge

Tests a developer's ability to understand requirements and implement a system that matches them. This is an itermediate-level problem, comprising the manipulation of strings and arrays, and writing a partitioning algorithm.

.NET Code Challenge

By completing this challenge, the candidate has demonstrated working knowledge of ASP.NET, HTTP, requests and array manipulation. This challenge is performance-oriented: non-optimized solutions will time out upon submission.

3. Technical Interview

This assessment evaluates the candidate's expertise in .NET through a real-time coding challenge. It's designed to be used as an interactive session with the technical screener. During the assessment, candidates will tackle a hands-on problem tailored to the core principles of .NET Framework. Their solution will be first verified by a battery of automated test cases to ensure it meets the functional requirements as well as industry standards. Then, our experienced interviewers step in to assess the overall efficiency of the candidate's solution.
