ProdPerfect, the builder of custom, end-to-end testing initiatives for its clients, was struggling to quickly recruit, qualify, and hire a large team of test and automation experts. As a result, ProdPerfect started to compile a significant  backlog of client requests. It required a greater number of quality technologists who could be onboarded quickly to work on complex software that writes code to automatically test web apps. 

ProdPerfect leveraged Andela Adaptive Hiring to quickly onboard 35 highly skilled technologists. The team wrote scripts to build end-to-end JavaScript testing frameworks and product infrastructure using Node.js, Vanilla JS, Angular JS, and TypeScript.
