Percolate, a content marketing platform, was challenged to fill important skill gaps including high quality front-end and back-end developers in the US market. Needing to expand its hiring pool without sacrificing on quality, Percolate partnered with Andela to provide remote digital talent. 

Andela quickly onboarded six remote technologists to join Percolate’s team which soon grew to over 15. These technologists filled critical skill gaps across application engineering, analytics, and platform development, particularly enhancing API integrations.
