One of the world’s largest investment banks launched a digital transformation initiative to accelerate existing services into emerging markets and enhance its digital offerings. Andela played a crucial role by assembling six engineering teams with diverse technical skills, including SREs, full-stack developers, data engineers, UI/UX designers, and project leaders.

The investment bank accelerated its digital expansion, focusing on cloud services, data privacy, data engineering, CRM, loans engineering, compliance technology, and more. 

Andela streamlined and optimized the talent onboarding evaluation process to significantly reduce the hiring burden while ensuring a success rate of 83% for candidates. The collaboration successfully integrated over 30 Andela engineers to enhance and support the investment bank's strategic initiatives.
