Kinship launches new web application with a rapid action team in just 90 days

Kinship, part of the Mars Pet Care division, provides various pet services and products focused on health, wellness, and technology. Kinship communicates with kennels and other third-party providers through its web dashboard application and needed new and improved features quickly. These features included data manipulation, report views, and offline capabilities to improve the customer and user experience.

Kinship tapped Andela to quickly deploy a fully managed end-to-end engineering team to lead project discovery, Agile development, and launch a high-performing, reliable, and easy to use app.

The application was launched in a record time of 90 days. As a result, Andela is now a preferred vendor, and Kinship has expanded the team to over 40 engineers.
