Scholastic, a century old media, publishing, and education institution, launched a digital transformation initiative but was hamstrung by a critical skills shortage of certified Cloud engineers. Scholastic turned to Andela to leverage its AdaptiveHiring model to quickly find qualified talent for the project.

Scholastic embedded over 15 skilled engineers into several IT teams. These engineers focused on cloud integration and quality assurance, developing an automated scheduling AWS POC with OmniReader automation testing.

This project enabled Scholastic to scale its digital transformation initiatives to modernize its digital applications and services and significantly enhance operational efficiency, end-user functionality, and reliability.
